Eligibility
Sous Chef Requirements:
-At least 2 years of RECENT CORPORATE or FRANCHISE restaurant experience.
-Full Service Salaried Management Only
-Preference of 2+yrs in current position with experience cooking in upscale dining setting
-Ability to understand high-volume operation
-Preference- no more than 2 jobs in past 5yrs, & no more than 3 jobs in past 10 yrs
-Must be able to pass drug test and background check
-Must have Valid Driver’s License
-Must have High School Diploma or GED
